Most of my coaching is conducted via Zoom, which allows clients to work with me from anywhere while creating a comfortable and private space for exploration and growth.
The Healthy Dating Pace Program™ is entirely virtual.
Clients enrolled in the Premium 3-Month Private Coaching Experience receive coaching primarily via Zoom as well. If you're local to the Los Angeles area, we may also incorporate occasional in-person sessions when appropriate and mutually convenient.
No matter the format, my goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel seen, challenged, and empowered to create the relationships you want.
